Fiona heads up the Education Team at Staples and uses her extensive sales and training background to manage various education initiatives. In her current role, Fiona overseas the annual Back-to-School campaign which focuses on engaging schools, teachers and parents to support students with educational supplies. Fiona is passionate about leveraging Staples sustainable supply chain to ensure students of all year groups can easily source school lists and learning materials through-out the school year.
National IT Program and Software Manager, Staples Technology Solutions Australia and New Zealand
Vanessa is the Corporate Responsibility Manager at Staples and has extensive experience working and partnering with not-for-profits and charities across a number of industries. In her current role, Vanessa works with customers, vendors and local stakeholders to develop programs and initiatives that support the communities and environment in which Staples operates. As a passionate advocate in closing the gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians, Vanessa is also currently implementing our 2015-2017 Reconciliation Action Plan.
Richard has been with Staples for more than 16 years and involved with the Staples Safety Solutions division since its inception. In 2014, Richard was notably involved with the nationwide program rollout, conducting training, together with Staples’ safety suppliers, for several hundred sales and support staff around Australia. Richard is passionate about safety, and combining our product offering with Staples’ supply chain expertise, to provide customers with a total solution that meets their procurement and financial objectives as well as enhancing the wellbeing of their people.
Elese is the Online Content Manager at Staples and has an extensive background in digital marketing and producing persuasive on-line corporate content. She works closely with our subject matter experts to provide best practice office solutions and procurement insights that help businesses reduce the complexity and cost of procuring a range of business essentials. Elese is passionate about educating organisations on the value of partnering with a Single Source provider and supporting businesses to #makemorehappen.
Karl heads up the award-winning Staples Technology Solutions team. He’s a transformation and explosive growth generation specialist, with a reputation for identifying and implementing innovative approaches and strategies that increase revenue, productivity and efficiency.
Karl has led the onboarding of key alliance partners such as Lenovo, HP and Microsoft to expand the company’s capabilities, markedly extended its market reach and enable new and strategic growth streams to flourish.
Sean is a National Aged Care Manager at Staples and has extensive sale management experience assisting corporate and not-for-profit organisations achieve operational business outcomes. In his current role, Sean provides valuable Aged Care insights to assist businesses achieve healthy, safe and supportive facilities for their residents. Sean is passionate about making a difference in Aged Care and partners with businesses to thoroughly understand organisational challenges and provides sustainable solutions that improve the quality of service for aged care residents.
Leon is the Head of Software and Solutions at Staples and holds over 10 years’ industry experience working with commercial organisations. In his current role, Leon is responsible for building the strategy and direction for software solutions, specifically the “cloud”. He uses his extensive experience working for vendors, distribution partners and value added resellers to provide expert advice on the constantly evolving technology landscape.
Leon is passionate about adding value to businesses to help improve efficiencies, productivity and increase profits. He takes the time to understand today’s business challenges to build cost effective solutions for Staples customers.
Cristian heads up the Mid-Market Team at Staples and uses his extensive sales, financial and strategic planning background to grow the Mid-Market segment. In his current role, Cristian is responsible for evolving the Staples small and medium (SME) business offering to become a destination for everyday essentials as well as Furniture, Technology and Print and Marketing Services.
