What is it?

Staples have launched a new online order tracking tool that provides real-time status and location of your order ‒ and individual items ‒ from the time you place the order, to the time it’s delivered. Track. Trace. Deliver.

How does Track and Trace assist you?

Track your order in real-time with Track and Trace. Simply log into your account and add your order number to the new online tracking tool under the Track Orders tab.

The order tracking tool provides full access to the current status of an order, including if an order has been received, shipped or delivered. The tracking page also displays a signature as proof of delivery.

Alternatively, you can click on the Track.Trace.Deliver logo in your order confirmation and shipment notification emails that you will receive every time you place an order.

*Access to Track Your Order functionality is available to logged in NetXpress customers.
